A dozen or so Choirmembers gathered for a spontaneous chorus.

The first day in York, we were looking around the Minster, getting our bearings. In the Chapter House, the choirmembers found themselves in a circle. With a few nods and quiet words, Mareike's voice rang out, the rest of the choir came in flawlessly, completely submerging the room. Time stopped.

I was so stunned, I totally missed the first half. Finally, my brain remembered that my camera could take videos.

This is lightning in a bottle. The video and sound quality are poor, but the impact is huge. It is my singular greatest memory of the entire trip.
